FAQs

The details

It depends on the venue. If the event is at Electric Playhouse, there is no strict dress code – comfortable attire (casual clothes and shoes) is recommended so you can enjoy interactive activities freely. However, if the event takes place at Discopussy, they enforce a “dressy casual” dress code – no flip-flops, beach/pool wear, or athletic attire are permitted. In general, plan to dress neat casual, and check the specific venue’s guidelines if in doubt

No. Outside food and beverages are not allowed at either venue. Both Electric Playhouse and our partner bars offer food and drink options for purchase inside the venue, so we ask that you do not bring any outside refreshments to the event.

Yes. We allow re-entry if you leave and return during the event. Just make sure to keep your event wristband or hand stamp on you – you’ll need it to get back in when you come back.

No, neither venue offers validated or discounted parking for our event attendees. Please plan to arrange your own parking and cover any parking fees. (For example, at our Las Vegas venue, the ticket price does not include parking or valet, so consider ride-sharing or public transit as needed
Tickets are available both online in advance and at the door on the day of the event. However, we highly recommend purchasing online ahead of time to secure your spot, as some events may sell out. If the event is marked “Sold Out” or “Unavailable” online, that means we’re at capacity – in that case, door tickets won’t be available.
For events at Electric Playhouse, yes – all participants will need to sign a liability waiver before entry. (You’ll receive a link to the digital waiver in your confirmation email and are encouraged to sign it in advance.) If the event is at one of our bar/club venues, no waiver is required – just be sure you meet the age requirement and have your ID at the door.
All ticket sales for our event are final and non-refundable. If an emergency arises and you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible before the event – while we do not offer refunds, we may be able to assist with a one-time ticket transfer or rescheduling (at our discretion).

Dress Code

A mix of casual and upscale, with some visitors opting for business attire or dressier outfits at night. During the day, casual wear is acceptable, while at night it’s more like “nightclub chic” or upscale casual.
